pastel "k" cookies

 

In anticipation of my 28th birthday, my Mom and I made fun "K" shaped cookies in a preppy combination of pastel pink, green and blue. I used a sugar cookie icing recipe from AllRecipes.com and found the letter K cookie cutter at Sur la Table.
